University of Gloucestershire
Gloucester, located very near the border between England and Wales, is home to the modern University of Gloucestershire. The Cathedral City sits upon the River Severn and nearby to the quaint town of Cheltenham and the natural beauty of the Cotswolds.
The Campus
The Oxstalls campus, in the North of Gloucester, is very close to both the centre of Gloucester and Cheltenham, the nearby town. It has excellent facilities, including a state-of-the-art business school, large sports halls and modern common areas for students to relax in.
The Accommodation
The student accommodation is on campus; this can be an exciting experience and a great way to meet new people and make friends.
The students will live in flats with 7 en-suite single bedrooms and a shared kitchen/common area. The flats are furnished to a high standard and there is access to student Wi-Fi.
The safety of our students is always very important. The university has a 24hr security presence, CCTV and secure access entry systems.
Around and about
The city centre of Gloucester can be reached by bus. Bus stops are a short walk from campus and the journey is around 25 minutes to the centre.
There are some shops within walking distance of the campus.
Travel and Transport
All journeys on the student excursion programme will be by private coach.
