Care and Welfare
We have a strict selection procedure for staff recruitment, looking carefully for qualified staff with relevant experience. Our aim is that you enjoy your visit from the moment we meet you at the airport until we wave goodbye as you return home; your safety and happiness is our priority during your stay with us.

We have a dedicated Welfare coordinator on each campus 24 hours a day to help you with any matters. Here are just a few of the areas in which we offer support: airport transfers, campus tour, orientation and induction, assistance with visa applications, accommodation, ID card and information pack, assistance with any medical matters, confidential counselling and support, 24-hour emergency assistance, advice on local religious and cultural organisations, communication with parents and group leaders.
Accommodation
We provide full board accommodation at all our campuses and we can accommodate any dietary requirement.
You will be able to choose amongst single en- suite, single standard, shared en-suite or standard rooms depending on the centre.
There are laundry facilitates available as well as 24 hour supervision in all our centres.
